Foreclosed property can be bought cash only or it can be bought borrowing mortgage?


Great Question! Pre-foreclosure/auction properties are usually cash only sales. However if they make it past this point without being sold, they become "foreclosed" and are now owned by the bank. You CAN most definitely take out a mortgage loan to buy more...Posted 9 years ago
