No. The lease price listed on HAR must be honored even if the agent made a mistake when they input the wrong price. If there are additional costs involved (pet rent, pest control, renter\'s insurance, etc) it should be detailed in the listing under \"other mandatory fee\". It is possible the agent was including additional costs when they spoke to your client or accidentally quoted the wrong price (it happens if they have multiple listings).
